Tale
A grieving therapist begins to tell his clients exactly what he thinks
Ignoring his education and ethics, he finds himself making a huge difference in people’s lives, including his own. When Bill Lawrence was asked how they got Harrison Ford on the show, Siegel said that Goldstein originally wanted “Harrison.” Ford Type," and was going to listen to people who looked like Ford.
Goldstein eventually talked to Ford and offered him the role
Siegel told Goldstein that they needed to at least pitch it to Ford first, thinking that he would immediately reject it, but that at least other people would hear that Harrison Ford had pitched the project, which would generate interest from other big-name actors. .
Goldstein still does not understand what he did to convince him, but, nevertheless, he was delighted
Judging by the reviews I’m reading here, people either like this show or they really dislike it, and it seems like that might depend on the reviewers’ reaction to Jason Segal. I loved his movies, and I think he’s perfect for the role – and the addition of Harrison Ford takes the series to an even higher level than the original, without overdoing it or becoming too stereotypically weird.
Relationships are complex and emotional, and well-drawn quite real human problems
It can be laugh-out-loud funny, and the next minute bring tears to your eyes. I was really disappointed after the second series when I realized that I have to wait more. Highly recommend!
